**Terms & Conditions for Venivo Sports**
**1. Introduction**
– Welcome to Venivo Sports. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Venivo Sports if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
**2. Orders**
– All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance based on the availability of products, the correctness of the information provided, and your compliance with these terms and conditions.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in pricing or product information, limitations on quantities available for purchase, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.
**3. Pricing and Payment**
– All prices listed on our website are in INR and are subject to change without notice.
– Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept Online, Offline, COD.
– In case of pricing errors on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a refund or correct the pricing and offer the option to proceed with the order at the correct price.
**4. Shipping and Delivery**
– We aim to ship orders within 5-10 working days after the order has been placed.
– Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
– Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
**5. Returns and Refunds**
**5.1. Eligibility for Returns:**
– Return requests must be initiated within one day of delivery.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
– Tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Customized Products” are not eligible for return.
**5.2. Non-Returnable Items:**
– Customized or personalized items.
– Items purchased during sale or promotional events.
– Items with size issues: We urge you to check the size guide to help you select the right size before purchasing the product. In case of a manufacturing defect, we assure you free rework. If a size change is needed for a rightfully made product, we initiate a return pick-up and provide paid rework. The customer will be charged the reverse pick-up fee and rework charges based on the nature of the rework. The rework shall take 5 working days per product. If the product is manufactured according to prescribed dimensions as per size guidelines, we do not accept returns for size issues. In case of a size complaint, the Venivo support team will check for manufacturing defects based on images/videos shared by the customer and take necessary action.
**5.3. Return Process:**
– Contact our customer service team at Marketing@venivosports.com to initiate a return.
– Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
– Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
**5.4. Shipping for Returns:**
– If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will bear the return shipping costs.
– If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**5.5. Refunds:**
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
**5.6. Exchanges:**
– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.
**5.7. Late or Missing Refunds:**
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

**6. Zipper Warranty:**
– We offer a 1-year warranty for zippers, subject to wear and tear.
**6.1. Warranty Exclusions:**
The following are excluded from our warranty:
– Defects from normal wear and tear.
– Defects due to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or misapplication.
– Defects due to exposure to extreme natural conditions, liquids, or gases.
– Defects resulting from handling by third parties (e.g., postal service, airlines).
– Defects caused by unauthorized modifications.
**7. Rework:**
**7.1. Paid Rework:**
– Standard addons/rework charges are 400 INR. This includes a change of one size level as per your requirement (e.g., M to S or XL to L). Size change rework can only be done for one level size reduction.
**7.2. Free Rework:**
– We ensure free rework in case of a manufacturing defect once thoroughly checked by our production team.
**7.3. Rework Exclusions:**
– Rework does not include changes of prints, changes from full sleeve to half sleeve (and vice versa), or additions/removal of addons (e.g., reflectors).
**8. Intellectual Property**
– All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Venivo Sports and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
**9. Limitation of Liability**
– Venivo Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.
– Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
**10. Governing Law**
– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
