At Venivo Sports, we strive to provide you with the best products and shopping experience possible. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we have a clear and customer-friendly return policy in place.

Damaged Product:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our customer support team or use the chat option on our website. We will facilitate free returns for products with manufacturing defects, subject to verification of the damage.

Sizing Issues:

We encourage you to refer to our size guide before making a purchase to ensure the right fit. In case of a manufacturing defect, we offer free rework. If you need to change the size of a correctly made product, we will arrange a return pickup and provide paid rework services.

  • Customers will be responsible for the reverse pick-up fee and rework charges, which will depend on the nature of the rework.
  • The rework process typically takes 5 working days per product.

Please note that we do not accept returns if the product fits according to the prescribed dimensions in our size guidelines. If you have size-related concerns, our Venivo Sports support team will assess whether there is a manufacturing defect based on images or videos shared by you, and appropriate action will be taken accordingly.

Rework Services:

  • Paid Rework: Standard fees apply for rework.
  • Free Rework: Free rework is available for products with manufacturing defects after thorough inspection by our production team.

Please be aware that rework services do not cover changes in prints, switching between full and half sleeves, or additions/removal of add-ons like reflectors.

Fabric Warranty:

Our products come with a 1-year warranty that covers fabric deterioration or colour fading. Wear and tear resulting from product use is not covered under warranty. To maintain the quality of our products, we recommend handwashing rather than machine washing.

Zipper Warranty:

We offer a 1-year warranty for zippers, subject to wear and tear.

Warranty Exclusions:

The following are excluded from our warranty:

  • Defects from normal wear and tear
  • Defects due to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or misapplication
  • Defects due to exposure to extreme natural conditions, liquids, or gases
  • Defects resulting from handling by third parties (e.g., postal service, airlines)
  • Defects caused by unauthorized modifications

How to Obtain Rework Service:

If you discover a defect during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Department for further guidance or product replacement. You will need to provide specific details such as your name, address, order information, date of purchase, and photos of the defect.

Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process, including reverse shipping to our Service Center. After receipt and inspection, we will determine whether the product needs repair or replacement, and if it’s covered under warranty.

Replacement Policy:

We accept product exchanges only for non-customized items in accordance with our product return policy. Replacements are provided when products do not match our size chart or when defects are found.

The original product will be reverse-picked, and thoroughly checked, and a new product will be sent upon verification.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued after a thorough inspection by our production team confirms a manufacturing defect. Products must be properly washed before return. Unwashed/used products will not be accepted for returns. We aim to process refunds within 7 working days.

Customers also have the option to receive a replacement or store credits for future purchases.

Exchange Policy for Non-Customized Products:

Exchange is available for non-customized products, provided they are undamaged and unused. To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must not be customized.
  • The product should be in new and undamaged condition.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 4 working days of receiving your order.

Approval for exchange is subject to inspection by our QC team, and production of a new product takes 7-10 working days.

Shipping and Delivery:

All Venivo Sports products are made to order, and the production process takes approximately 5-7 working days. Shipping times vary based on your location in India and typically range from 3 to 7 working days. For expedited delivery options, please contact our customer support team(marketing@venivosports.com.) to explore available choices and associated costs.

If a fabric is out of stock during an exchange, we will suggest similar options or offer a refund or coupon for the product value, as determined by Venivo Sports.
