1. **Eligibility for Returns:**
– Return requests must be initiated within one day of delivery.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
– Tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Customized Products” are not eligible for return.

Zipper Warranty:

We offer a 1-year warranty for zippers, subject to wear and tear.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are excluded from our warranty:

Defects from normal wear and tear
Defects due to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or misapplication
Defects due to exposure to extreme natural conditions, liquids, or gases
Defects resulting from handling by third parties (e.g., postal service, airlines)
Defects caused by unauthorized modifications
